We are an out-of-network practice, which means we don't bill insurance companies directly. After each visit we provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits. A superbill is an itemized statement — visit date, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes — formatted for insurance reimbursement. You pay for your visit directly, then submit the superbill to your insurer (usually through their member portal). Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of the cost once any out-of-network deductible is met.

Fees vary by visit type — an initial evaluation is priced differently than a follow-up — and by provider. Our care coordination team can share current rates before you book.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation covering your history, current concerns, prior treatment, and goals. It runs longer than a typical follow-up so nothing feels rushed, and it forms the foundation for your treatment plan.

Yes. Video visits are available for evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care, generally to patients located in New Jersey at the time of the appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Yes — our child & adolescent psychiatry service is led by a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, and every evaluation looks at school functioning and family dynamics alongside clinical symptoms.

Yes. Our addiction psychiatry service addresses substance use disorders and the psychiatric conditions that frequently co-occur with them, such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
