Harbor Road Psychiatry is growing, and we're looking for clinicians who want to spend real time with patients — not fifteen-minute visits dictated by an insurance panel. We're currently hiring licensed therapists (LCSW, PsyD, PhD) and board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our group practice in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Who we're looking for.
Psychiatrists
Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO) to provide evaluation, medication management, and — where interested — psychotherapy to adult, adolescent, or child patients. Subspecialty experience in addiction psychiatry or child & adolescent psychiatry is a strong plus, but general adult psychiatrists are very welcome to apply.
- Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
- Board certification (or board eligibility) in Psychiatry
- Full-time or part-time schedules considered
- In-person, telehealth, or hybrid availability
Therapists (LCSW / Psychologists)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or licensed psychologists (PsyD/PhD) to provide individual, family, or group therapy alongside our psychiatric team. We especially welcome clinicians experienced in CBT, DBT-informed approaches, or working with children and adolescents.
- Active New Jersey LCSW or psychology license
- Experience with individual and/or family therapy
- Full-time or part-time schedules considered
- In-person, telehealth, or hybrid availability
