Services
Adult Psychiatry
Individualized psychiatric care for adults across a broad range of concerns. Treatment starts with understanding the whole person — history, goals, relationships, and life circumstances — not just a diagnosis, and follows through with thoughtful prescribing and consistent follow-up rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Depression, anxiety & mood disorders
- ADHD evaluation and management
- Complex or long-standing psychiatric histories
- Second opinions on an existing diagnosis or treatment plan
- In-person visits in Red Bank; telehealth in NJ, with NY and CA available with select psychiatrists
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Specialized psychiatric evaluation and treatment for children and teens, provided by a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. Every evaluation looks at the full picture — school functioning, family dynamics, developmental history, and the young person's own perspective — before any treatment plan is built.
- Diagnostic evaluation for mood, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral concerns
- Medication management tailored to children and adolescents
- CBT-informed psychotherapy and family interventions
- Coordination with schools, pediatricians, and therapists
- Support for families navigating a new or existing diagnosis
Addiction Psychiatry
Assessment and treatment for substance use disorders and the psychiatric conditions that frequently co-occur with them — depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders among them. Care is collaborative and evidence-based, recognizing that addiction and mental health are rarely separate problems.
- Comprehensive substance use evaluation
- Medication-assisted treatment where appropriate
- Treatment for co-occurring depression, anxiety & mood disorders
- Ongoing recovery-focused follow-up care
Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy provided by every psychiatrist in the practice, so talk therapy and medication decisions can come from the same clinician who knows your whole story. Sessions can stand alone or complement medication management.
- Individual sessions of up to 45 minutes
- Depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions
- Support alongside medication treatment
- Coordination with your other therapist or clinicians, with your permission
- In-person or telehealth where your psychiatrist is licensed
