No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Browsing this Site, submitting our contact form, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, establish a doctor-patient or other clinical relationship with Harbor Road Psychiatry or any of its clinicians. A clinical relationship is formed only once we have affirmatively accepted you as a patient, completed the appropriate intake process, and you have had a formal evaluation with one of our clinicians.
Emergencies
This Site is not monitored for emergencies and cannot be used to request urgent or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Eligibility & Permitted Use
This Site is intended for use by adults seeking information about our practice, whether for themselves, a minor in their care, or a family member. Communications Through This Site
Our website contact form is intended for general, non-urgent inquiries only, such as requesting an appointment or asking a billing question. It is not a secure or HIPAA-compliant communication channel. Please do not submit any protected health information — such as details about your symptoms, diagnosis, medications, or treatment history — through the contact form. Existing patients should use our secure patient portal or call our office directly for anything related to their care.
We aim to respond to inquiries promptly but cannot guarantee a specific response time, and submitting a message through this Site does not guarantee that we will accept you as a patient or that a specific appointment time will be available.
